Konos – Olive Oil 1st Day Harvest is olive oil of the first day of harvest and production in October. All the fresh aromas and the unripe characteristics of the Makris variety, gathered in one bottle. This olive oil has the following characteristics:
- olive trees of Makris variety
- unripe fruit
- cold pressed
- the olive oil is harvested and exported on the same day
- olive oil is stored in stainless steel tanks
- unfiltered product during bottling after natural precipitation
- limited number of bottles.
Try it with all foods, even with sweets.
